Do you have a return policy?
Because of the nature of handmade items, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us if there is a mistake with your order and we will do everything we can to make it right.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Production time is 4-5 business days. (DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY, SUNDAY, and HOLIDAYS) All orders ship via USPS- First Class mail takes approximately 3 -5 business days. Priority takes approximately 2-3 business days. Please note the USPS does not guarantee this time frame. If you need your order sooner you can choose Priority Express 1-2 business days which USPS guarantees..
Do you do custom orders?

What to do if my item gets dirty?
We recommend spot cleaning for all stains. Use a mild soap and a soft cloth and gently rub the stain. We DO NOT recommend putting items into the washing machine. Some fabrics like satin are not waterproof so use caution when around water.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase if you need to cancel your order.
Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?
If you would like to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this time period, we can no longer guarantee changes to your order.
Will I receive tracking information once my order has shipped?
Yes. You will receive an email with confirmation of shipment and tracking information once your order has shipped.
