Refund policy

At Your Final Touch, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. However, if you're not fully satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that appear worn or damaged.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or worn items. 
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
