*TURNAROUND TIME (this is the time frame before your order will ship out) is 3-5 business days(M-F) Due to the high volume of orders, I'm unable to ship out sooner.
*PICK UP ORDERS* You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Please know that you will be picking your order up from my home studio.
*SHIPPING*
-First Class shipping is 3-5 business days (can sometimes take longer due to weather or holidays, USPS does not guarantee this time frame)
-Priority Shipping is 2-4 business days ( USPS does not guarantee this time frame)
-Priority Express guaranteed 1-2 business days.
You can find all of these options at checkout. Please order early to ensure you get your items by the date you need.
When your order ships you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information.
Shipping time frame excludes holidays and other scheduled closures.
Your Final Touch is NOT responsible for any unforeseen delays, loss or damage by the shipping carrier or bad weather.

I strive to give you beautiful, high-quality work and fast service. I recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you would like to ensure your package, purchase the SHIPPING INSURANCE with your order. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your package is lost or damaged by USPS, I cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by First Class USPS and insured through U-PIC Insurance Services.
* ADDRESS CHANGES* Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Shipping labels are automatically generated to the address as entered by the buyer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address you will be required to re-purchase shipping and orders can NOT be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
